| To anyone considering using Mr. Frank Rossetti as a Buyers' Agent;
We had a previous poor experience using another "Buyers' Agent," and when Frank suggested that we sign an agreement with him, we were not inclined to do so. However, since we were located 6 hours away in New York and were trying to locate and purchase a home here in Massachusetts, Frank eventually convinced us. Frank was very helpful in every stage of the search. He gave us access to all the local listings by address, (so that I could look them up via Mapquest, and see what area they were located in). He gave us information about the various areas, that we would otherwise not have had. He gave us his insight as to the value of, and the problems/assets of the various homes we expressed interest in. He saved us immeasurable time in the actual home visits (by scheduling viewings in the most straight foward order.) He had our best interests in mind throughout the process, and actually saved us time and about $4,000 through his very quick negotiation (all accomplished in about 5 hours, on a Sunday evening [because we had to return to New York]).
